Talk about great customer service; Sean was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked into the office. He is very knowledgeable and explained in detail the different sizes and pricing of units. He took me on a grand tour, showing me the different units, as well as where I would unload/load. The building/units are very clean and well lit, and the prices are very affordable. I also would like to mention that Jonathan opened and greeted me at the door each time, welcoming me. What a treat! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!

By submitting my application for a storage space online I received a discounted rate. But the office staff responded to my application immediately. I had additional concerns when I first contacted Extra Space. Sean and Jonathan made inquiries and replied to my concerns the very next business day. Sean and Jonathan were most professional and involved when I first checked in and personally conducted me to my locker. They made it easy. This is going to be the best solution to storage needs I have ever used.
