I can not begin to even express how amazing Jessica is. From the very start ,Jessica treated me like family, always there whenever I called for help. I have moved out of state since I stored. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I knew my belonging I have stored are always in good hands as well as quickly resolved any rate issues. Here’s the kicker.. I am employed by your competitor but because of Jessica I felt her facility was exactly where my precious items would be safe. I have NEVER once, from the time I stored, was put on the waste side if I had to leave a message she would immediately call me back and resolve anything I asked of her. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Jessica for all you have done to help me consistently. You are truly an asset to Extra Space Storage. Staff is great and the space is very convenient for me, but they should consider more lights for units like mine that are outside and I can’t see in my unit at night.

I am very happy keeping my “stuff” at this place, it is kept very clean & very lit up which is a great help since I always seem to come after work at dusk and leave when dark. I had my stuff at another place and I was always afraid to go at night, it wasn’t inside, but there was no lighting at all! I feel comfortable knowing my things are well stored here! ????
