Kay rocks. HONESTLY - I was really upset about the price hike, it was ridiculous (going from Life Storage to Extra Space). Although the facility is beautiful, clean, easy to access, easy to communicate with... the prices are inhumane. When I called and was upset, being a customer for over 3 years, they were nothing short of LOVELY and discounted me as much as they could until I was able to vacate. So thank you Extra Space - you have a great facility and customer service. Hopefully you can charge less to people that really need to store their things!
