Quick and easy! Friendly staff and easy access to units. All climate controlled and clean. The lady that helped me was amazing and friendly. Good service, she got me a unit close to the door so i would not have to truck across the facility bc of their other door being down due to storms. She has a really pretty name and I did not wanna miss spell it?? 10/10 recomend!!!

It's been over a year since we first rented our storage unit. This has been the best experience. The units are new, clean, and properly air-conditioned, plus the staff is super friendly and helpful. The units are easy to access. They even provide dollies to help with your move. If you need a storage facility, please see Nicole at the Watson Road location in Shrewsbury, MO. She is fantastic! :)
