After researching and comparing pricing and reviews online, I contacted Extra Space Storage's toll free number. The CSR was kind, courteous and knowledgeable, and not only located a facility with climate control, she was able to get me a really great price for the rental. The facility is very clean and in excellent condition, very secure, and staff are friendly and very helpful. There are one-time fees; since I was given special reduced pricing, I was not eligible for the first month free, which is fine with me. I was glad to be able to rent a unit quickly.

this is one of multiple ExtraSpace storage units I rented throughout the country and various times in my life. Extra space is a great company to do business with but this palm bay location has been my favorite location so far. the facility is always clean, the staff are very friendly, helpful, and most importantly; reasonable. If anyone in the palm bay/Melbourne area needs a storage unit, this facility is worth traveling out of the way for.
