This location's customer service is great. I have had the pleasure of working with both Jeff and Bill and they have been both equally has friendly and knowledgeable. I have experience with other Extra Space Storage location in the Largo area and the NPR location is much friendly and efficient. I am glad we found this one. ??????????

I haven’t used a storage facility in over 20 years and was very nervous about the fees and rate increases over time. Bill the Manager at the Extra Space Storage facility on 54 was extremely helpful, pleasant and assured me he’d be there to help when the time comes. He is very friendly and definitely a people person. Extra Space is very lucky to have him as an employee. He’s definitely a great asset to their company.

Easy space storage in New Port Richey was easy to rent online. Bill in the physical office was super helpful annd patient with my questions. With an elevator, carts available for use, and fair rental price, this facility is way better than any I have used so far. Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot.

Great leasing experience with Jeff at the New Port Richey store. Getting through the paperwork process was quick and easy. Great deal on an air conditioned unit with 4 months prepaid. I’m very pleased. The facility is top notch. Nice, new, clean building and easy to access with the pass codes.
